Kindly read the instructions below carefully before beginning your admission process.

Admission Instructions

Note: Admission is based on your placement in the school via CSSPS (Computerized School Selection and Placement System).

✅ Eligibility

Admission is open to all students based on their CSSPS placement results.

Application Process

Search your school on the SHS Admissions Catalogue page at myshsadmissionportal.com .

Click on the School you were placed. and click on the Schools Portal Link on the modal form to take you to the Schools Admission Portal.

On the Admissions Portal Click on the Online Admission tab in the menu bar at the top corner to open the admission Page.

Click on Confirm Placement Status and enter your Index Number ending with the year of BECE (e.g., 12345678924) to verify your placement.

If your placement is successful, proceed by clicking the Verify Enrollment button to verify your Enrollment ID.

Upon successful verification, a message will appear showing your Reference Number.

Please write it down or copy it, as it will be needed later. Click Continue to proceed.

On the next screen, enter your Reference Number and Index Number to continue the registration process.

Submit your completed form and wait for a confirmation SMS.

You May be asked to pay a form/registration fee if applicable Via Momo (MTN, Telecel, Airtel Tigo).

Wait for an SMS Confirmation about your admission or Enrollment Status.

Download, print, and submit the required documents to the school for final processing.

Step 12: You're done!

Your admission process is now complete. Welcome to your new school!
